These are movie titles that I come across from time to time and then forget about when I’m looking for something to rent at Blockbuster. First is a list of movies I have never seen, or have only partially seen, and want to watch someday. Second is a list of my favorites, most of which I could watch over and over again.

Movies I want to see:

• Hotel Rwanda
• El Espinazo del diablo – In 1939, the end of three years of bloody civil war in Spain, a ten year old boy is left by his tutor in a haunted orphanage in the middle of nowhere.
• Gandhi
• Kundun – From childhood until adulthood, Tibet’s 14th dalai lama deals with Chinese oppression and other problems.
• Tales of the City – A look at life in San Francisco in the early 70’s from an eccentric owner of an apartment building. Based on the book by Armistead Maupin (A Man I Dreamt Up).
